Social media users are sending out messages of team spirit and defiance following the Finsbury Park terrorist attack.

One guy has died and 10 others have been injured after a van used to be rammed into worshippers outdoor a mosque in north London.

according to one eyewitness, the driving force is claimed to have screamed: “i’m going to kill all Muslims”.

Many are the usage of the hashtag #WeStandTogether on Twitter, reacting with surprise and horror to the incident.

Metropolitan Police Deputy Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu stated: “This was once an attack on London and all Londoners and we must always all stand in combination against extremists no matter what their result in.

“now is a time once again for London to stand together to face folks who are trying to find to divide us.”

He brought: “there may be now an ongoing investigation through our Counter Terrorism Command to ascertain why this attack was carried out.

“London is a town of many religions and many nationalities. An assault on one group is an attack on all people.

“Terrorists is not going to reach their makes an attempt to divide us and make us live in fear.”
