A food truck operator seriously injured a lady in Columbus Circle early Monday, whilst he slammed his cart into her legs, officers said.
The incident happened earlier than 6 a.m., because the supplier used to be apparently backing the cart onto the sidewalk near W. sixtieth St. and Broadway, because it was once nonetheless hitched to his vehicle.
the lady was once then struck by the cart and suffered severe accidents to her legs, FDNY officers stated.
She used to be rushed to St. Luke’s Roosevelt Health Facility for treatment.
Police could not immediately say if the individual who struck her had been given a summons.
