Homeless subway pusher acquitted on all charges

The homeless man who fatally shoved a drunken Queens father in front of a Q teach nearly five years in the past was acquitted of all charges Monday.

Naeem Davis, 34, used to be cleared in Ny Supreme Courtroom a few week after his lawyer, Stephen Pokart, advised jurors that his shopper had acted in self-security towards a “deranged and perilous” guy.

Pokart said Davis, 34, feared for his lifestyles after Ki Suck Han, FIFTY EIGHT, adopted him into the forty ninth Street Station on Dec. 3, 2012. Assistant DA Charles Whitt had conceded that Han “miraculous like a zombie, stumbling incoherently” but said that didn’t justify Davis’ extreme reaction.
