Mayor de Blasio took warmth Monday for not appearing up to the 3rd anniversary commemoration of Eric Garner’s demise –- and defended the decision as an attempt to “not to proceed to take us backwards.”

Garner’s daughter, Erica Garner, attacked de Blasio on Twitter for no longer attending the Staten Island event, which was held simply steps clear of where NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo choked Garner to loss of life.

“This year I’m coming for his neck!” she tweeted. “he is trying to sell out Black lives in alternate choose in Staten Island. THREE of each 5 cops live there.”

Later, right through his weekly appearance with Errol Louis on NY1, de Blasio addressed her feedback.
